New Features for Version 7.3
The Refer and Alliance Network I&R Software Systems are significantly enhanced for 2006. Every module was reviewed and streamlined using the latest version of Microsoft’s Visual Studio, MS Access or SQL Server. For existing users as well as new users, Version 7.3 offers more features and enhanced processing
The new 7.3 systems integrates I&R, case management, volunteer tracking, data sharing, and HMIS processing using Windows and Web-based interfaces.
Refer and Alliance Network users can share data, link to central (statewide) resource and consumer databases, and send and receive service provider surveys over the Internet.
7.3 series enhancements are the direct result of suggestions from the Refer/Alliance User Group.
Listed below are just a few of the new enhancements to Refer and Alliance Network 7 series software.
Call/Contacts Module
- Fewer forms - less maneuvering.
- Category, Taxonomy, Alternate terms and Name (Agency, Site Program and AKA) searches from one form.
- Duplicate Client merge system that merges duplicated client records (including all call and case history) into one record and deletes the redundant records.
- Enhanced Required Fields module that eliminates the problem of missing data from call records (optional module)
- New Caller tracking system records detailed information about people calling on behalf of a client needing assistance. Callers may be associated with multiple clients and clients can be associated with multiple callers
